Portions · Kent, WA
How much food per person.
Small tray feeds 10. Medium 20. Large 30. Rice included. The only real choice is how many dishes.

Tray sizes
Trays of each dish, by headcount.
| Guests | Trays of each dish |
|---|---|
| 10 | 1 small |
| 20 | 1 medium |
| 30 | 1 large |
| 60 | 2 large |
| 100 | 3 large + 1 small |
| 150 | 5 large |
| 200 | 6 large + 1 medium |
| 300 | 10 large |
Each count assumes two or three dishes on the table. Every curry tray comes with basmati rice, and biryani comes with raita.
How many dishes
Two, three or four.
- Simple meal. Two curries, one veg and one meat.
- Party. Two curries plus a biryani.
- Wedding or big celebration. Three curries plus a biryani.
- Pure veg event. Pick every dish from the vegetarian and paneer trays.
More dishes means more choice, not more food. Size each one to your headcount.
Tips
Do not run short.
- Count who will eat. Not the invite list. Count the people you expect at the meal.
- Round up on veg. Meat eaters take it too, so it goes first.
- Biryani fills people up. Add one and guests take less of the rest.
- One dish per person is too much. A buffet is shared. Three dishes for 30 is a full spread.
- Over 100 guests? Full service staff keep the buffet hot and full.
